'Sketching interviews' is a method I explored to reveal how different actors belonging to a same company might interpret the functioning of the hole system differently. Depending on the author and its role in the organisation, sketches changes giving more relevance to certain informations or transactions than others. For instance drivers give relevance to material flows and vehicles operation; the warehouse employee to logistic nodes, the managers to information flows. By collecting these pictorials a very heterogeneous and more inclusive description of the performance of the company emerge offering designers with very rich material for design.
