Evocative snapshots and portraits from the hidden world of logistic as captured by the probes’ cameras. The videos produced offered a narrative of the spatial organization and back-end operations of the three main delivery services that operate in the area as experienced by the parcels. This provided participants and designers with the means to understand and interpret the infrastructure as a socio-technical system, made of human and non human actors.
